( THE BRIEF )
A water-treatment brand selling a technical product, a magnetic limescale descaler, from a WordPress store that was English-only in a market where many buyers search in Arabic.
( THE BUILD )
We overhauled the existing store rather than starting over: a full Arabic version with a proper right-to-left layout, a clean heading structure and store schema for search, and a redesign that fixed invisible buttons and low-contrast text. The range is sorted by pipe size so buyers pick the right unit in seconds, and a plain section spells out what the unit does and what it does not do.
( THE APPROACH )
Most people cannot tell a descaler from a filter, so the site leads with the problem everyone recognises, limescale, and sizes the product by the one thing every buyer can check: their pipe. Then it says plainly what the unit will and will not do, so nobody buys the wrong thing.
