PRIVACY POLICY
Short version: this website has no forms, no accounts and no tracking cookies. We only learn something about you when you decide to message us, and we use that only to reply.
Who we are
Yalla Build is a web and app development agency in Lebanon, run by Ralph El Skaff. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +961 76 999 258 or by email at craftcodeagency@gmail.com.
What this website collects
- No forms or accounts. There is nothing to fill in and nothing to sign up for.
- No tracking cookies. We do not set cookies and we do not run advertising pixels.
- Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views, the page you came from, your country and browser type in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
- One small setting in your browser. The homepage keeps a flag in your browser's session storage so the intro animation plays only once per visit. It never leaves your device and is gone when you close the tab.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send: your name, number or email address, and your message. We use it only to answer you, quote your project and work on it with you. We never sell it or share it for marketing. WhatsApp (Meta) and Gmail (Google) carry those messages under their own privacy policies.
Hosting and links
The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs to keep the site secure and online. Our case studies link to our clients' websites and our profiles link to directories and Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep project conversations for as long as we need them to deliver and support your project. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email.
